It is a former school of (GSCIT) General Santos City Institute of Technology. The main school of Southern Mindanao is in Tacurong City. Because of the struggle of Seneres Family,the president Mr.Federico S.Seneres Sr. together with his wife Ma'am Josephine S. Seneres and his son Mr.Federico S.Seneres Sr. they wanted to expand the skills they had in Tacurong City,The Southern Mindanao Institute of Technology of General Santos City established last June 2007.

One of the mission of this Institution is to motivate and mold their students to be more competitive and to be a better ones.
